All portrait sessions are shot on location with Portrait lights (not camera flash). Our specialty is to shoot vibrant, candid, fun portraiture. We shoot in the comfort of your own home.

Q. Is there anything I should know before scheduling a session ?
Before scheduling your session it is important that you have taken time to look through our work on the website. By looking through our recent sessions on our website or Facebook, you can get a feel for our photography style. Our style consists of natural, casual moments, captured in a bright and playful way! It’s also important to have an understanding of Our Packages. Also it is important to go through our session information section.
Q. We booked your portrait session! Now what ?
Don’t worry, We are here to guide you through the entire process from booking to ordering. Prior to your photo shoot, we will have a consultation to work out all the details and to make sure that all your questions have been answered. We will meet you at our Office if required and from there the fun will begin!
Q. Can you make me look younger? Do you retouch your images ?
Don’t you sometimes wish that you could wake up and just Photoshop your wrinkles away? Yes! The images you select from your session will be individually enhanced in the most natural way removing scars & blemishes, assuring the highest quality. This is very basic in nature.
Q. How long will the session take ?
You can expect us to be on location with you for 1-2 hours.
Q. Do I need to pay any Advance?
Yes please. In order to secure your session date we do require an Advance. This is non-refundable & Adjusted in your final Billing. Balance to be paid once the photos are finalized.
Q. What if I need to reschedule ?
In case you need to reschedule your Portrait photography session we ask you to please give us 48hrs notice.
Q. When can we do the selection of our images ?
You can select the Images after the session on the same day or on another day by appointment as per yours & Greyrabbit Photography schedule jointly.
Q. How long will it take to get the delivery of my images ?
I know that you are anxious to get your images. Once the photos are selected within 3-4 weeks you will receive the delivery of your images.
Q. How many Images will be taken ? Do I get them all?
Yes we always like to click more images in order to capture that perfect moment. No, you won’t get every image that we take. The number of clicks depends on the number of people & the cooperation of children. You will choose the best as per your liking and those are the images that will be edited and delivered to you.
Q. What types of payments do you accept ?
Currently we accept cash, cheque and Net banking.
Q. Do you have a studio ?
All of our portrait sessions are on client’s location. We have found that our clients are more comfortable in their natural environment.
All our equipments are portable we create a studio wherever we go.Q. How Far do you travel ?
We travel anywhere you want us to. Our Packages are inclusive of travel within the city of Mumbai, for anywhere else you will have to bear the travel charges.
Q. How long do you keep my image files ?
The non- selected images are discard within a month of order completion. Due to the increasing file sizes, we will only keep the images for 3-4 years.
After that they will be discarded.Q. How much does the portrait session cost ?

Q. Do you sell the high Res / Printable Images ?
Yes, If you would like to have the ability to print your own images, fully finished high-resolution digital files (with a print release) are available for purchase. Please refer to our Packages for more information If you need a copy please email us and we will be happy to send it to you.
Q. What are Low Res Images ?
Low Res Images are perfect for sharing online or viewing on your computer & other devices.
Q. What if we want to make a copy of our Images ?
You Can ask us we will do it for you at a minimalistic Cost.
All photos remain the property Greyrabbit Photography and are protected by copyright laws. Duplication in part or whole (whether scanning, reprinting, or taking a photo of a photo) is strictly prohibited and will be prosecuted by law. This includes posting scanned images on social media websites.Q. Can we customize the Packages ?
Yes. We can customize the packages to meet your needs. This can be an inclusion of more family members or a predefined product. An appropriate session fee will be charged to reflect these changes
Q. Can we Create an Album of our Portrait session ?
Offcourse, you pick all your favourite images , we design the album for you in the size and sheets we decide together. Then you can approve it or request for changes until the final is printed.
Q. Can we buy framed pictures for the wall ?
Yes, the options are available with Greyrabbit Photography. We use the services of well established suppliers with an experience of years who provide quality & genuine products with variety of options to choose from. You can also visit the execution section to see a few samples of what all can be done with your photos.
Q. When is the best time to do Maternity Photography ?
Maternity Sessions are scheduled during 7-9 months, but contact us early to discuss your due-date and session & ideas.
Q. When is the best time to do Newborn Photography ?
Babies upto two-weeks-old are preferred for new born photography.
Q. Can we book you at weekends ?
Yes – it is often hard for families to get together during working hours so the weekends are no problem & infact the most in demand.
Q. Can you provide Hair/Make up services ?
Yes. We have both hair and make up artists we can call on if you would like to use them. These options must be specified at the time of booking. They will charge you for whatever you require. Please contact us for details.
Q. Do you carry props ?
Depending on the age of the child we do carry a few props but mostly prefer to use the kids toys and thing around them to make each session personal and one that you can connect with.
Q. Do we need to supply any props?
We love to incorporate special items in our pictures such as a blanket, doll, or toy that your child can’t live without. So please feel free to keep them ready.
Q. We have some ideas of our own. Can we try them ?
Yes Offcourse ! Be prepared with samples and props that your idea may require and let us know what you are thinking, you can email / whats app the ideas. We are always up for trying new things.
